Commercial Real Estate Management company has an opening for a Senior Property Accountant. This role will report directly to the COO of the company. Fun team oriented office environment, Work life balance. Monday-Friday; 8:30AM-5:30PM schedule.

Duties:

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Manage Financial reporting and GL for multiple commercial properties.
JE’s, reconciliations, Balance Sheet, Month-end close.
Analyze and explain the P&L
Oversee two other accounting members
Team oriented approach.
Be a positive collaborative influence.

Background and Skills:

Bachelors degree in accounting and/or related field
Minimum of 8+ years commercial property accounting experience
Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Excel
Supervisory experience a plus
Good communications and organization skills
