About the Role:
If you are a talented Partner Marketing professional and you have a track record of supporting global partnerships, committed to delivering results, and looking to join one of the hottest companies in the security industry, we have the perfect position for you. We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager for our GSI channel business, based remotely in the USA (east coast preferred) or EMEA, to plan, execute, and deliver pipeline through strategic joint partner marketing initiatives with our most strategic GSI partners.
This individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of the global GSI partner marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand positioning with our GSI partners in support of the company’s pipeline and growth goals. With a strong partner marketing background and strong understanding of the indirect channel business, this role will act as a subject matter expert for marketing-with marketing-to, and serve as a liaison between the rest of the marketing org and GSI channel sales team. Additionally, this individual will work with a cross-functional team within Rubrik to further support our GSI partners. The successful candidate will have strong channel experience and a proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally with our partners.
What You'll Do:
- Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives and measures of success with our most strategic GSIs
- Build plans with these partners and our channel sales team
- Manage and enhance our reporting mechanisms to track results and ROI
- Develop scalable end user and partner demand generation programs to drive pipeline and gain mindshare.
- Be a key stakeholder in our most strategic events, driving the sponsorship and participation of our GSIs
- Build relationships with and work closely with the GSI channel team and partners. Represent Rubrik Marketing in front of our partners.
- Work with a cross-functional team of product marketing, sales, and marketing managers to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities.
- Manage MDF budget and funds to ensure partner investments deliver pipeline and ROI.
What You’ll Need:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing with b2b technology companies.
- Experience in partner marketing is a must
- Experience working with GSIs is preferred
- Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community.
- Work collaboratively with Global Teams
- Excel at cross-group collaboration with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.
- Individual contributor with experience managing programs and budget that aligns with marketing and sales goals and objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule.
- Strong creative thinker and problem solver
